One of the largest outdoor flea markets in Hennepin County, this free event is hosted by the Hamel Lions Club. Bargain shoppers can find anything and everything from antiques, crafts and collectables, to produce, plants and one of a kind items. Just 20 minutes west of Minneapolis, the Hamel Lions Flea takes place every Sunday from May through September.

 

Spot great bargains at Stop, Swap and Shop

Located in Burnsville, Stop, Swap and Shop has anything and everything under the sun, from fresh produce, baked items and prepackaged food to antiques, re-purposed furniture and collectibles. This marketplace features items sold mostly by local residents and small business owners. It is held every Saturday and Sunday from May through Labor Day.

JUNKMARKET hosts seasonal events that are highly anticipated by bargain hunters and shopping aficionados. Their marketplaces are known for their creative displays and for breathing new life into old items that are considered junk. JUNKMARKET has been featured in several magazines like Country Home, Good Housekeeping and Best of Country Home, and also in TV, radio and newspapers.

 

Bring the whole family at the Wright County Swapper’s Meet

Found in South Haven, Wright County Swapper’s Meet has been a family tradition since 1970. The first and largest in the area, this outdoor market features 200 to 300 different dealers and vendors on an average day and over 500 vendors on holiday weekends. The event is open every Saturday and select Fridays from April through October and admission is free.

 

Find anything from A to Z at Elko Traders’ Market

Traders’ Market is the premier summer antique and collectible flea market in Minnesota. Found in Elko New Market, this popular flea first opened its doors in 1983. It features over 300 vendors selling anything and everything from antiques to zippers.

 

Go treasure hunting at Post Road Flea Market

One of the Twin Cities’ best kept secrets, Post Road Flea Market can be found on Highway 5. This small market features about 15 vendors offering a wide variety of new and old items. It is open on Saturdays and admission is free.

The Downtown Oronoco Gold Rush Days is considered to be one of the top antique shows in the Midwest. The highly anticipated annual event showcases over 400 dealers throughout the country and filling over a thousand booths. This three day event happens on the third weekend of August.

 

Hunt for one of a kind items at Anoka Fling Flea Market

Anoka Fling is an indoor flea market found in the city of Anoka known as the “Halloween Capital of the World”. Its winter flea market runs every second Sunday of each month from September through May at the Knights of Columbus Hall in downtown Anoka. The event draws about 30 vendors offering a wide variety of items from homemade jams and jellies to military artifacts.

Minneapolis Farmers Market traces its roots back in 1876 when an outdoor fruit and vegetable market opened at the corner of First Street and Hennepin Avenue.
